Refund Policy

Digital Product Policy

All products sold on CC-Marketplace are digital goods (ZIP files containing Claude Code configuration templates). Because digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered, all sales are generally considered final. Refund processing follows Lemonsqueezy's refund policy, as Lemonsqueezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will gladly issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase — you were charged twice for the same product
  • Delivery failure — you did not receive the product files after purchase due to a technical issue
  • Materially different from description — the product content is substantially different from what was described on the product page

When Refunds May Not Be Issued

As digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after downloading the product
  • Not reading the product description before purchasing
  • Lack of Claude Code subscription (Pro, Max, or Team plan is required, as stated on each product page)
  • Incompatibility with future versions of Claude Code
  • Requesting a refund after more than 60 days from the purchase date

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at bineloper@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request
  2. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  3. If approved, refunds are processed through Lemonsqueezy and returned to the original payment method

Lemonsqueezy's Discretion

As the Merchant of Record, Lemonsqueezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its own discretion to prevent chargebacks, regardless of our refund policy. For more details, see Lemonsqueezy's refund and chargeback policy.
