1. What We Sell

CC-Marketplace, operated by Sagan, sells digital products — specifically, ZIP files containing Claude Code orchestration templates (agent configurations, skill definitions, hooks, and documentation files). These are configuration files, not software applications.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, sales tax, VAT, and payment compliance on our behalf. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use.

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template files in your own projects. You may:

• Use the template in unlimited personal and team projects
• Modify the template files for your own use

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the template files (modified or unmodified)
• Include the template files in products sold to third parties
• Claim authorship of the original template files

4. Delivery

Templates are delivered as downloadable ZIP files immediately after successful payment. Download links are provided on the checkout success page. If you experience issues with delivery, contact us at bineloper@gmail.com.

5. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our full Refund Policy for details.

6. Requirements

Templates require Claude Code (Anthropic's CLI tool) with a paid subscription (Pro, Max, or Team plan). CC-Marketplace is not affiliated with Anthropic. We do not guarantee compatibility with future versions of Claude Code.

7. Disclaimer

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using the templates. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
